Everyone likes to complain. It is in our DNA. We sit and complain and bitch and whine and somehow, it makes us happier. Some people call it "venting" but let's call a spade a spade: its complaining. So what happens when you run out of things to complain about? Don't worry folks, because that is impossible! There are tons of things to complain and I have done you the favor of compiling a list of the little things that hurt the most. Seems like they're not a big deal, but these things can cause A LOT of whining.

Are You Smart Enough To Appreciate Tina Fey's 'Bossypants'?
I was... for the most part. I admit that there were times that I knew a joke was being made but I didn't quite get it. Overall, I really enjoyed the book and recommend it... if you're a girl. Turns out, Tina Fey is a feminist! I had no idea! Apparently, the comedic world (yes, it is it's own world) is very sexist. The more I think about it, the more I agree. I have heard countless times people say "I don't think women comedians are funny." That is a general statement. I usually say, "What about Ellen?! Or Tina Fey?! Don't hold Kathy Griffin out on the whole gender!" Besides being funny, Fey definitely made a point that drove home about women in the workforce and I found it empowering.

Cougar Town Is Coming Back in February!
I recently learned that one of my favorite shows, Cougar Town, is finally coming back to ABC! It has been on a long hiatus and I doubted that it would ever come back. Not because the show isn't awesome. More because the creators of the show went through a divorce (Courteney Cox and David Arquette). Anyways, I am happy to announce that the show will be back and I am sure it will be better than ever! If you have never seen the show, or don't want to watch a show called "Cougar Show" I urge you to change your mind! Here is a best of clip from the show!

5 Things Pinterest Is Like
It has only been about a week since I joined Pinterest and this is already my second blog about it... yes I am obsessed. Every female social media nerd I know is really into this network. I thought to myself, 'Why are all these women into Pinterest? What is it about the network that really gets us excited?!' After mulling this over with co-worker, I decided that girls like Pinterest because it is like so many other fun things we enjoy:

BOOK REVIEW: Water For Elephants
I had seen the movie and really liked it so I figured I would probably love the book. I mean, I don't think there has ever been a movie that was based on a book that was better than the book (if you can think of one, please share below!). It was not a very quick read but I really enjoyed it and here are some of the highlights. Spoiler Alerts!

Another Second Chance At The Golden Globes
Actors, especially in TV, are lucky enough to get their one big break. When you are on an extremely popular television show that goes on for years, you may get type-casted. Being on one hit TV show is GREAT but being on two... it is rare and very lucky! I like to root for the underdog and I was thrilled to see Matt Le Blanc win a Golden Globe for his work in Episodes. I have never seen the show but I am obviously a fan of Friends and I will always root for Joey... I mean Matt when he is in the running for an award.

My Plea To @Pinterest
Yes, I am obsessed. I love Pinterest. I love pinning. I would pin all day if I could but I can't because I have a job. I keep trying to think of new ways to use Pinterest such as making movie and book reviews, creating unique boards, etc. Only a few days into getting an invite and I am a full-fledged
believer in the network. However, there is something that struck me immediately
as one huge thing missing in this platform, and that is embedding.

Grey's Gets Its Groove Back
For those of you who are seasoned #25hours readers, you may remember the scathing blog I wrote about the downfall of Grey's Anatomy. Seeing as I have invested so much time watching seven seasons already, I decided to tune into season eight even though I was angry at them. I have to admit, I am happy I did! This season has yet to disappoint me. Once you get past the fact that this is one of the unluckiest hospitals in the world, you can appreciate the drama (even when it gets a little ridiculous).

Have You Changed Your Social Media Passwords Lately?
Originally posted on Likeable Media's blog.
Twitter is releasing brand pages and Google+ finally announced the multiple admin feature for their pages. Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages are normally not run by one person, but by multiple. While this is convenient for brand management, it proposes other problems such as security breaches. With spammers increasing on social media and the ease of posting, your brand could be in danger. Here are some tips for keeping your pages safe and avoiding security breaches.

The Things You Will Do For A Free T-Shirt
I am of the philosophy that people will do ANYTHING for a free t-shirt... and I mean anything. I don't know what it is, but something about a free t-shirt makes people go crazy!!! I've done things I'm not proud of with the hopes of getting that coveted free tee. The funny part is, you likely won't wear this t-shirt ever again. Most of the time the shirt is ugly, too big, and washes funny. There is still pride in getting it though! I've done some pretty silly things myself...

3 Reasons Why Netflix Is Such An Unlikeable Company
News about the Netflix price rise is long gone. But I hold grudges. I was the biggest brand advocate for Netflix. I shipped back DVDs within 2 days of receiving them, I used the watch instantly on my Wii, and I even used "netflix" as a verb to watch movies. But then they do me dirty. I cancelled my subscription faster than you can say "Reed Hastings" and I am never going back! Here's why:

Pop Up Video On VH1 Is Back!
And it is not the same... The videos of the late 80's and early 90's were just tacky enough to warrant a big talk bubble popping up from time to time without you thinking it was weird. Also, the facts were funner, because they would build off each other and end up not being about anything relating to the song or artist at all. Now that they have brought it back, and have tried to make some with modern videos, it just feels... wrong. The facts aren't as fun, the artwork isn't updated with the times, and it seems like something better left to the past. Don't know what I mean? I dare you to take this video by Adele seriously. Thanks VH1 for ruining this song.
